A wish reservation lasts for 90 days. The person who made the reservation can extend it manually.
You can remove someone else’s reservation through the privacy settings. Close your profile and/or manually approve new followers (since only followers can reserve your wishes). After that, you can remove followers, which will automatically remove their reservations for your wishes.
