If your friend has entered their date of birth in their profile, we will send you several notifications by default:
- three weeks before your friend’s birthday (so you have time to choose a gift);
- one week before your friend’s birthday;
- on your friend’s birthday itself.
In addition, similar notifications are also sent to the birthday person by default, so that they have time to prepare their wishlist.
At the same time, there are the following options in the notification settings:
- the birthday person can disable sending notifications to friends about their birthday;
- you can disable receiving notifications about friends’ birthdays, or configure them to only receive notifications three weeks and one week before the event;
- in the notification settings, you can select the option to receive notifications about new wishes only from those friends who have a birthday coming up.
