I didn’t get a gift, why?

Unfortunately, this rarely happens: the participant who was your Santa may not have had time to buy or send a gift, mixed up the date, or even forgotten about the game altogether. The game admin should check participant statuses and, if necessary, remind Santa about their game involvement.
