If you have received the desired gift or have purchased an item from your wishlist yourself, click the “Fulfilled” button inside the wish. The wish will move to the “Fulfilled” section, where all received gifts are stored. This helps to keep track of which of your dreams have already come true.
If the wish was previously reserved by your friend, they will receive a notification that the wish has been fulfilled (unless they have disabled this type of notification in their profile settings).
