Unfortunately, it is not possible to exclude a participant after the game has started, as this will disrupt the entire chain of pairs in the game. One of the participants may have already purchased a gift by this point, so changing the pairs after the game has started would be unfair to all participants.
The only possible option if the pairs need to be redistributed without a participant is to cancel the created game and create a new one.
