I’m not receiving notifications

First, we recommend checking if notifications are enabled for the Ohmywishes app in your phone’s settings.

Also, please note that there is a delay of 6 to 12 hours for notifications about new wish reservations. This is to maintain the anonymity of the person who is reserving your wishes.

If you are sure that notifications are enabled and they still don’t arrive, please send a link to your Ohmywishes account to our support team — we will try to figure out what the problem might be.
