Application is not working

First, please check if the website https://ohmywishes.com opens on your device or another device, with or without Wi-Fi, with or without a VPN (please try all options).

If it turns out that only your app is not working, there could be three reasons:

  • you have an old version of the app installed that is no longer supported. You can check this by finding the Ohmywishes app in your app store: in the App Store, Google Play, or others.
  • a glitch in the application’s cache. To troubleshoot, please try logging out of the application via the “Settings” menu—it’s located at the top right of your profile. The logout link itself is at the bottom of the section. After that, you can try deleting the application, downloading it again, and trying to log into your account again.
  • manually set DNS records for the operation of any other applications. You can restore the DNS settings according to the instructions, for example, from this article.

We also ask you to try turning your VPN and Wi-Fi network on or off.
